His career includes leading Australia's top-ranked proxy solicitation team at Morrow Sodali before founding PGS Advisers, where he continues to provide independent counsel on major M&A transactions and initiatives that require shareholder approval.

Early Career
Marc developed his foundational expertise in shareholder engagement, capital markets, and investor relations through roles at Market Eye (later acquired by Automic Group) and Media & Capital Partners. During this time, he advised companies ranging from nano-cap to large-cap across diverse sectors, sharpening his skills in media strategy, investor communications, and corporate positioning.
